So Hoff, who directed the Women's Chorale at Coe, died in his home earlier this week. Every once in awhile, my state does something that makes me VERY proud to be an Iowan.

I got up and voted today, yay. \o/ I was the 320th person to vote in the precinct, and I know that a lot of people were making a BFD about voting early, but to do that I would have had to drive to Clinton to the auditor's office and at my age, there's still something exciting about standing in line and waiting my turn to vote. Okay, work not as big of a mistake as I thought. To review for white_quill, I was hired as seasonal help at a women's clothing store in the mall about 20 miles away.
